“Ohne Spiegel auf Safari? Das Olympus-System im Praxistest”
(“On Safari yet no mirror? Road-testing the Olympus System”)

In the brand new issue of Fotoespresso (2016/04), released today, you’ll an feature authored by yours truly. During my last photo trip in Southwest Africa I spent almost one month in Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. This time I did not only take my trusted Nikon system but also an Olympus O-MD E-M5 Mark II camera. Apart from my own lens (12-40mm f/2.8) I brought two more fantastic Olympus lenses and a teleconverter: 40-150mm f/2.8 (equals 80-300mm in full frame format) and the new 300m f/4 (equals 600mm in full frame format). This was possible because Olympus was kind enough to borrow me these lenses for an on-the-road test. I’d like to take this opportunity to say Thank you very much again!
You’ll find more details on the experience and my assessment in “Ohne Spiegel auf Safari? Das Olympus-System im Praxistest” (“On Safari yet no mirror? Road-testing the Olympus System”), published in the current edition of Fotoespresso.
